Brittany Mize

Brittany Mize was born in New York and raised in Kennesaw, GA where she attended North Cobb High School and Kennesaw State University. She received her bachelor's degree majoring in English with minors in social media marketing and computer science. Brittany started working in the veterinary field when she was 16 as a kennel assistant and stayed in the field throughout high school and college to continue to learn as much about the veterinary field as possible. Brittany is married to her amazing husband Andrew and they are owned by two dogs (Rambo Casserole, a pit/boxer mix and Tails a papillon/chihuahua mix) and three cats (Mitch-a-potamus, Monty Soprano, and JJ). When not spending time helping animals Brittany loves reading, gardening, hiking, running, and spending quality time with her husband, family and friends. She is our resident cat lover, whisperer, and has plenty of cat items she enjoys wearing to work for Freaky Feline Friday at Mills Animal Hospital. She cannot wait to love on all of your fur babies!

Nicole Maxwell (with Ava Mills)

Nicole was born in Tennessee but was raised in Peachtree City, where she attended Starr’s Mill High School. She then Moved to Kennesaw to attend Kennesaw State University, where she received a bachelor’s degree. Nicole is currently attending Lamar University for a masters in clinical mental health counseling. Nicole joined the Mills Animal Hospital team, where she loves getting to know our clients and love on your fur babies. She previously worked for 2 years in the veterinary field as a kennel assistant, where she met her husband, who happens to also be a veterinarian. Nicole has a beautiful baby girl, named Caroline, that is the center of her world. Outside of work, Nicole spends as much time as she can with her family while enjoying time on Lake Allatoona. Nicole also has two feline fur babies: Nala, aka Fat Snaggles, and Molly, aka Shrimply Pibbles. Nicole is so excited to meet you and your fur babies too!

Trianna Daniel

Trianna has been working in the animal field her entire life. Her experience ranges from small and large animal to exotic care and medicine. Her mother was a veterinary assistant and owned a boarding, grooming & training facility during her childhood. Her veterinary career started at the early age of 15 and she hasn't left it since!

She has been a veterinary assistant for 15 years in Georgia. Her passion is animal welfare, medicine and education. She enjoys training wild mustang horses, rescuing exotic pets, traveling, spending time outdoors, and keeping up with her daughter, Graylin. Her husband is active military and is currently deployed. He loves to come home to their new animals after being gone! 
Their most recent additions include Marliyn Moo-nroe, a miniature highland/ zebu calf and 4 chickens named Foxy Funny Head, Zebra, Wings, and Dumbo. Her love for animals extends across all species! Her dogs Roxy, Beefcake Blue, and Buddy are loving, silly bully mixes. Her scale babies include Pete Dragon the Beardie, Krusty the Crested Gecko, Malachite the leopard gecko, Piggy the Western Hognose snake, Harley the Sand Boa, Goldy the Beta, and Nadia the Russian Tortoise. June is a 2 year old mustang that joined the herd in 2017. Her band members include Rainbow Dash, a miniature horse, Al Caponey, a  shetland pony, Kira, a miniature donkey, Sadie, Pusher, and Kachina, the tennesse walking horses. Oh! and we cant foget AppleJax. He's the sweetest nigerian goat you will ever meet! If you would love to meet some of her fur kids or family members, visit us for our annual open house in October! We love to meet new people, have fun, and make friends!
